Undoubtedly, among factors that cause role ships quite high. The seas are also polluted by routine operation as well marine accidents. Pollution arising from operations caused discharge pollutants such ballast water, bilge sludge or garbage into sea. addition, emissions and oil fuel pollution play an in pollution. this study, phenomena resulting causing were examined using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, multi-criteria decision-making methods, perceptions ship operators towards tried be determined.
